Are you the same opinion? Then you`ve come to the right place! In our new box spring beds, you can easily fall into the land of dreams right in the center of Klagenfurt. We also attach great importance to your well-being and comfortable equipment. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, as well as a toilet and are equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. Our flat-screen TVs also ensure a pleasant stay, so that you can end your day comfortably. The very special flair, however, give our color schemes, which are different in every room. The next morning you start the new day well strengthened and full of energy with a rich breakfast buffet.
The entire Hotel Holzer-Zlami is a non-smoking area and in the courtyard, you have free on-site parking (subject to availability). If you have forgotten something at home or if you are hungry, you will find a snack machine with us that leaves almost nothing to be desired.

The prices are per room and night including breakfast buffet as well as taxes, excluding telephone charges.
The hotel’s parking lot in the courtyard is available free of charge on the day of arrival from 11:00 a.m. and on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m., subject to availability (please note the following restriction: maximum width 1.9 meters / height 2.1 meters / length 5.0 meters). Unfortunately, the parking space cannot be reserved in advance. There is also a public underground car park in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For more information, please contact our reception.

Cancellation conditions
The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Agreement (OEHV) apply to your booking; however: Cancellations until 6 p.m. on the day before the arrival are free of charge, after that 90% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged. In case of no-show, unused room or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged. Please note the cancellation conditions on your booking confirmation, as these may vary for major events.
